QBOU cc is a locally owned Namibian company that sources and deploys cutting edge technologies to solve challenges associated with the building and construction industry (builders of houses, schools, clinics & hospitals).
We are the exclusive licensed holder of the FinnBUILDER technology in Namibia. This technology was developed in South Africa and provides affordable building construction and low cost housing solutions (e.g. houses, schools, clinics, hospitals, hostels and office space). It sees savings of between 30% and 45%, yields structures that are twice as strong, and delivers in half the time.

Ndino Shigwedha
Founder and Managing Director
Ndino is the founder of QBOU cc. Ndino holds a National diploma in Engineering Geology, BSc. Honors in Geology and a certificate in minerals resources management (MRM), with 12 years of experience, of which 8 years is in mining sector and 4 years as a multi commodity consultant within the exploration industry. With his vast experience in resource management, workforce management and project management, Ndino is responsible for the successful leadership and management of QBOU cc.
David Shigwedha
Operations Manager
David is a quantity surveyor and civil engineer with over 18 years of experience within the civil industry Namibia. David has been involved in the construction of houses, schools and railway roads. With his vast experience in the construction industry and strong focus on operation excellence, David is responsible for all the operational matters of QBOU cc.
